We collect your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.

Identifiers

We collect online identifiers associated with you, such as your social media handles, usernames, and user IDs. We may also collect or assign identifiers when you visit our website or use our services. If you create an account, we collect your username and password.

Demographic Information

We may collect information such as your country of residence, preferred language, and age.

Payment and Financial Information

For Creators, we collect payment information necessary to process payouts, including PayPal email addresses, cryptocurrency wallet addresses, bank account details, and payment platform credentials. For Clients, we collect billing information and payment method details through our third-party payment processors.

Information You Submit

We collect information you provide when you register for an account, complete forms, respond to surveys, participate in campaigns, contact us, or communicate with our team. We collect information from your interactions with our support channels, including chat transcripts and email correspondence.

Social Media Account Information

To use our services as a Creator, you must connect your social media accounts (each a "Connected Account"). Through these Connected Accounts and their respective APIs, we collect:

  • Username, user ID, and profile information

  • Content you post, including videos, images, captions, and comments

  • Video data, media URLs, and metadata

  • View counts, engagement metrics, and analytics data

  • Audience demographics and insights (where available)

  • Account activity and posting history

  • Follower and subscriber counts

This applies to platforms including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter).

Content and Campaign Information

We collect content you create, submit, or distribute through our platform or as part of campaigns. This includes videos, images, scripts, captions, and associated metadata. We also collect information about your campaign participation, performance metrics, and deliverables.

Audio, Visual, and Similar Information

We collect photos, videos, and other media you submit to us or create through your Connected Accounts as part of campaigns.

Transaction and Preference Data

We collect information about your transaction history, payout history, campaign participation, and preferences when using our services.

Internet and Network Activity Information

If you use our website or applications, we collect information about your device, browser, network connection, and IP address. We collect device IDs and other unique identifiers. We collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, search terms, clicks, and time spent on various sections. We collect this information using tracking tools described below.

Location Information

We collect general location information using your IP address and, where provided, your country or region of residence.

Inferences

Using the information collected about you, we may draw inferences about your preferences, characteristics, and interests.

Sensitive Information

Some information described above (including payment information, government ID numbers where required for tax purposes, and account credentials) may be considered "sensitive" under the laws of certain jurisdictions.

To Provide Our Services

We use your information to operate our platform, facilitate campaigns, connect Creators with Clients, process payouts to Creators, fulfil Client orders, and provide our content distribution and marketing services. We use Connected Account data to track campaign performance, measure content reach and engagement, and provide analytics to Clients.

To Process Payments and Transactions

We use payment information to process payouts to Creators and to bill Clients for services. We maintain records of transactions for accounting, tax, and compliance purposes.

To Communicate With You

We use your contact information to send you information about your account, campaigns you participate in, payout status, platform updates, and other service-related communications. We also respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.

For Marketing Purposes

We may use your information to send you promotional communications about our services, new features, and opportunities. We and our advertising partners may use your information for targeted advertising purposes. You can opt out of marketing communications as described in Section 5.

To Improve Our Services

We use your information to analyze how our platform is used, identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and improve our websites, applications, and services. We may use information to customize your experience and conduct research.

For Safety, Security, and Compliance

We use information to protect our company, our users, and others from fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access. From Social Media Platforms

When you connect your social media accounts, we receive information from those platforms through their APIs. This includes profile information, content data, engagement metrics, and analytics. Social media platforms may send us this information based on your authorization and their terms of service.

From Clients and Partners

Our brand and agency Clients may provide us with information about campaigns, content requirements, and target audiences. Business partners may share information with us in connection with joint initiatives.

From Service Providers

Vendors that help us operate our platform, process payments, send communications, and provide other services may share information with us.

Combined Information

We may combine information collected from different sources, including combining online and offline information, or combining information we receive from third parties with information we already have.

4. How We Share Your Information

With Service Providers

We share information with vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, including payment processors, email service providers, analytics providers, customer support tools, and hosting services.

With Clients

If you are a Creator participating in campaigns, we share information about you and your content performance with the Clients whose campaigns you participate in. This includes your profile information, content, engagement metrics, and campaign deliverables. Clients use this information to evaluate campaign performance and make decisions about content distribution.

With Creators

If you are a Client, we may share limited information with Creators as necessary to facilitate campaigns, such as content guidelines, brand information, and feedback.

With Business and Advertising Partners

We may share information with business partners for marketing purposes and targeted advertising. We share information with third-party advertising partners through tracking tools on our websites. These partners may include advertising networks, analytics providers, social media platforms, and data brokers. These third parties may use information for their own marketing purposes.

For Legal and Safety Purposes

We share information when we believe it is necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect our rights and the rights of others, prevent fraud, and ensure the safety and security of our platform and users.

In Business Transfers

We may share information in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, including during due diligence.

5. Your Choices About Your Information

Marketing Communications

You can opt out of receiving promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in any promotional message. Even if you opt out of marketing emails, we will still send you transactional and service-related communications.

Some tracking technologies are essential for our platform to function properly and cannot be disabled. Other tracking technologies are used for analytics and advertising purposes and may be controlled through your browser settings or opt-out tools.

If you reside in California or other states with applicable privacy laws, you may have the following rights:

You can request that we disclose the categories of personal information we collected about you, the sources of that information, our purposes for collecting it, the categories of third parties with whom we share it, and the specific pieces of personal information we collected. We will provide your information in a portable and readily usable format where technically feasible.

Deletion

You can request that we delete personal information we maintain about you, subject to certain exceptions.

Correction

You can request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.

Opt-Out of Sale / Sharing / Targeted Advertising

You can request that we not sell or share your personal information, or use it for targeted advertising. "Sell," "share," and "targeted advertising" have the meanings set forth under applicable law.

We access Connected Accounts through APIs under the applicable platform's developer terms and policies. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any social media platforms. YouTube Data

You may revoke our access to your YouTube Connected Account at any time by visiting https://myaccount.google.com/connections or by disconnecting your account within our platform.

When you revoke access, authorized data obtained from YouTube will be deleted in accordance with this Policy. You may also request deletion of YouTube data by contacting [EMAIL] with "YouTube Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
